Biography
Our main goal is to make sure our clients receive our undivided attention and are always our top priority. This will be accomplished by quick and clear communication, honesty and integrity, smart and expertly negotiated deals, and matching the best property to our client. We will show our value to you so we become your FOREVER agents!
We have been married for over 35 years; have 2 grown adult children, and 5 grandchildren. The St. Louis metro area has been our home for the past 27 years. Extensive knowledge of St. Louis and St. Charles counties will help navigate our clients thru this challenging real estate market. We are both members of the St. Charles board of realtors and have completed many hours of real estate seminars and continuing education.
Khris most recently retired from executive management of 19 years from the hospitality industry, with literally decades of management experience that demanded smart quick decision making skills and of course people skills with customers and subordinate managers. These business skills easily translate over to real estate and the completed deals that have generated loyal clients. Khris earned his Associate of Science degree from The Culinary Institute of America – Hyde Park. He is also a VA Certified Agent and is qualified to assist with any current military or veteran needs.
Meredith has most recently retired from teaching of 23 years. Obviously the dedication demonstrated to this profession and her students speaks for itself! Once again literally decades of leadership experience and the people skills that were needed minute by minute of each day translates over to the real estate world. Meredith earned her Bachelors of Science degree and Master’s degree in reading from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She also has been certified as an interior decorator.
